Amal Abdelgadir

Amal Abdelgadir is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and communication within the non-profit sector. Currently serving as a Senior Program Management Coordinator at The Kaizen Company since May 2023, Amal has also held roles at African Community Education as Program Staff since January 2022, and at Search for Common Ground as a Business Development and Reporting Officer from October 2020 to January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a Communication Officer and Program Assistant at Oxfam America from January 2017 to October 2020. Amal holds a Master of Arts in International Development, Community, and Environment from Clark University, obtained in May 2023, and a degree in Sociology, along with International Relations and Affairs, from Worcester State College, completed in 2013.
