Casey Hayward

Casey Hayward is an experienced aviation and engineering professional currently serving as a First Officer at Alaska Central Express Inc. since December 2023 and as a pilot at Spernak Airways since July 2022. Prior to roles in aviation, Casey held multiple positions at Confluence Health from August 2018 to May 2022, including Facility Engineering Manager and Interim Facility Engineering Director. Additional experience includes coaching for the Mission Ridge Ski Team, leadership roles at Lamb Weston, and developing innovative data solutions as Co-Founder of SkyData Solutions. Casey's educational background includes a B.S. in Business with a focus on Operations Management and a minor in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho, completed in 2013.
