Alicia Jones Miller

Alicia Jones Miller is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience in system engineering and support. Currently serving as a Senior Information Technology System Engineer at Ace Computers since March 2018, Alicia oversees system department activities aimed at optimizing customer satisfaction. Prior to this role, Alicia worked as an IT Engineer at Infinity Group, leading engineering projects from January 2013 to November 2017, and held the position of Senior Information Technology Support Engineer at Computer Works from January 2010 to September 2012, where responsibilities included managing client information needs. Alicia began their career in IT at Random Computers as an IT Engineer, focusing on advanced technology development from February 2008 to October 2009.
