Fatima Agin has extensive experience in the real estate industry, having worked for RE/MAX in various roles from 2006 to 2019. Fatima started as a Technology Trainer, providing training and technology consulting services to company-operated and managed regions. Fatima then served as a Project Manager, co-managing a core technology product and driving its growth by over 55%. Fatima later became a Senior Franchise Development Consultant, responsible for the growth and sustainability of relationships between franchisees and affiliates. Fatima also worked as a Director in the Southwest Region, assisting in overall regional operations and supporting franchise and business development. Fatima eventually became the Region Vice President of the Mountain States Region, overseeing 169 real estate offices and executing strategic business plans for franchise sales and agent growth. Currently, Fatima is the Regional Director of Franchise Support at Ace Handyman Services, Inc., where they oversee two regions and provides constant support to small business owners to help them grow their business.

Fatima Agin attended the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies.
