Mike Berschauer

Mike Berschauer is an accomplished retail sales and operations executive with extensive experience at Ace Hardware Corporation and Ace Hardware International. Currently serving as Corporate Manager of Retail Projects since January 2023, Mike leads corporate teams focused on new store openings, remodels, and department resets across the United States. Previously, Mike held various leadership roles in international operations and commercial sales, driving wholesale sales and brand development across 65 countries. Throughout a career at Ace Hardware dating back to 2000, key contributions included managing the launch of over 150 new stores annually and developing innovative retail strategies. Mike holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Seattle Pacific University.
