Justin Raynor

Justin Raynor has over 20 years of work experience, with a focus in business analysis and project management. Justin started their career as a Billing Specialist at Interealty Corporation in 1997, before moving on to roles such as Business Operations Manager and Blanket Delivery Order (BDO) Analyst at Network Equipment Technologies from 1998 to 2002. From 2002 to 2004, Justin worked as an Intercompany Billing Accountant and Financial Accounting Analyst at Northrop Grumman Information Services, and then transitioned to DRS Technologies, Inc. where they served as a Program/Project Financial Analyst from 2004 to 2006. Following this, Justin joined Innovative Solutions Group in 2007 and took on the role of Business Analyst and Project Manager/Administrator, where they provided analysis on multiple Forest Service projects. Justin stayed with the company until 2012. Justin's most recent position was at Ace Info Solutions, Inc. where they worked as a Business Analyst/Team Lead from 2013 to 2015. Justin then transitioned to the role of Business Analyst at the same company in 2015, where they provided business analysis and project management for projects with the USDA Foreign Agricultural Service.
