Matthew Betz

Matthew Betz has been working in the field of IT operations and support for several years. From December 2015 to the present, they have been employed as a Network Operations Center Analyst at Ace Info Solutions, Inc. In this role, they are responsible for monitoring, administering, and providing support for the United States Census Bureau's servers, network devices, URLs, and hybrid cloud infrastructure. Prior to this, from December 2010 to July 2015, Matthew worked as an Information Technology Operations Analyst at TD Bank. Here, they provided desktop support to customers and clients, ensuring they received top-notch technology-based assistance.

Matthew Betz has a diverse education history. Matthew attended Linux Academy and completed a course in Red Hat Enterprise Linux in 2018. In the same year, they also studied at Splunk and became a certified user in Splunk. In 2016, Matthew attended Phoenix TS to study Information Technology. During the same year, they also took a course in Linux Foundations through edX. In 2011, Matthew attended the MPTC Western Massachusetts Police Academy at Springfield Technical Community College, where they earned a degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration. From 2004 to 2010, Matthew studied at Global Connect and GM Training, focusing on Automobile/Automotive Mechanics Technology/Technician. In 2009, they completed the Microsoft Network Technology Program at ComputerTraining.edu, specializing in System, Networking, and LAN/WAN. Matthew Betz's education started with high school at Southern Maryland Christian Academy, where they completed their General Studies program from 2000 to 2004.
