Mike Mullan

Mike Mullan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mike started their career as a Network Engineer at Kaplan University in 2003 and worked there until 2013. In this role, they were responsible for managing and maintaining the network infrastructure.

From 2013 to 2014, Mike worked as an IT Manager at Bowman Sales & Equipment, where they oversaw the network and endpoints across 30 locations in the eastern region of the US. Mike was also involved in designing and administering virtualized networks and clients using VMware vSphere, as well as implementing SNMP network alerting systems.

In 2014, Mike joined Ace Info Solutions, Inc. as a Systems Administrator III. In this role, they provided technical support for the system, including resolving help desk tickets and working with users to address issues. Mike also performed system upgrades and maintenance, including the installation and configuration of operating systems like Windows, Linux, and HP-UX. Additionally, Mike was responsible for the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of GOTS/COTS application infrastructure.
