Cory Firari

Cory Firari has a strong background in Human Resources, with experience in various leadership roles. They began their career in 2003 as an HR Representative at Menasha Packaging, where they administered HR policies, co-developed onboarding programs, and analyzed HR data. In 2012, they transitioned into the role of Environmental Health & Safety Manager, responsible for improving safety performance. In 2015, they joined PS Seasoning & Spices as a Human Resources Manager, overseeing recruitment, compensation, training, and compliance. Currently, Cory is the Human Resources Director at Ace Precision Machining, providing strategic direction and change management support to maintain the company's position as an employer of choice.

Cory Firari obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Marian University of Fond du Lac in 2008. In 2007, Cory also obtained a Lean Lead Certificate from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. Additionally, in 2012, Cory obtained the OSHA General Industry Safety and Health 30 Hour Training certification from the Wisconsin Safety Council.
