Derek Dobbs

Derek Dobbs is a dedicated professional with a diverse background in human resources and customer experience. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Representative at Ace Relocation Systems since May 2022, Derek previously held human resources intern positions at Charles Schwab, Schlitterbahn Waterparks & Resort, and Gary Job Corps Center, where responsibilities included analyzing recruitment processes, processing new hires, and conducting employee surveys. Prior experience as a Contact Tracing Case Investigator for TEKsystems involved gathering health information and training new staff. Derek also served in the US Army for over a decade, achieving roles such as Section Leader, Recruiter, Team Leader, and Cavalry Scout, each highlighting leadership, operational security, and recruitment expertise. Derek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Texas State University and an Associate of Arts degree from Central Texas College.
