Nikki D. has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Nikki started their career as a Human Resources Representative at PUC Schools, providing support for HR policies and programs. From there, they joined LaserAway as the first Director of HR, where they created and directed the HR department and played a key role in the company's expansion. Nikki then moved on to Skyline Urology, where they served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and later as the Director of Human Resources, overseeing various departments and driving organizational change. Nikki then worked as an Executive Recruiter at PUC National before joining Strategic HR Alliance as an Executive Consultant. Currently, they are serving as the Chief People Officer and COO at ACE Sushi. In their most recent role at Enovate HR, Nikki held the position of Senior Human Resources Business Partner and Executive Coach, ensuring alignment between business operations and people, and providing dynamic solutions based on data analysis and organizational agility. Throughout their career, Nikki has demonstrated expertise in human resources, strategic partnering, recruitment, and leadership development.
