Joy MacDonald

Corporate & Preferred Account Sales at Ace Ticket

Joy MacDonald has worked in various roles since 2001. Joy began their career as an Account Manager for Amerifee/CapitalOne, where they were a top performer division-wide for 12 months in a row, managing over 1500 accounts in five different states with a quota of over 6 million dollars each quarter. In 2003, they became the General Manager of Cingular Wireless, recruiting sales and administrative staff, revamping the HR department, and overseeing daily operations of the store. In 2004, they were hired as the District Manager of Jennifer Furniture, where they recruited and trained all administrative and sales staff members, and created training modules to ensure employees were brought up to speed quickly. Finally, in 2008, they began working for Ace Ticket, Inc. as a Corporate & Preferred Account Salesperson, customizing entertainment packages to stimulate business development and growth.

Joy MacDonald attended the University of Pennsylvania for a degree in Psychology and then went on to Northeastern University for a B.S. in Psychology.
