Raphael Pinciara

Raphael Pinciara is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance, currently serving as Gerente jurídico at Acelen since March 2023. Prior to this role, Raphael held the position of Especialista jurídico at Compass Gás e Energia and worked at Prumo as Coordenador, where responsibilities included reporting directly to the CEO and overseeing corporate governance and M&A activities amounting to over 3 billion BRL. Additionally, Raphael’s experience encompasses roles ranging from Analista to Estagiário at Prumo, earlier positions at the Tribunal de Justiça do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, FIFA, and the Institute for Cultural Relations Policy. Raphael holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Universidade Federal Fluminense, alongside further studies in Business Administration at the University of Dunaújváros and a specialization in Corporate Advocacy from Escola Superior de Advocacia Nacional.
