Natasha Smith

Natasha is the Vice President of Financial Planning, Analysis and Operations. Tasha and her team are responsible for budgeting, reforecasting, financial reporting and analysis for Acelero and Shine Early learning. Tasha is a Finance and Accounting professional who values and is devoted to helping companies grow and sustain with fiscal integrity. Prior to joining Acelero, Tasha has gained over 20 years of knowledge and experience as a leader in Finance with diversified financial analysis and accounting experience in private, not for-profit and public sector accounting. Her skills include leadership experience at both the corporate and operational level. Tasha’s strengths include FP&A and communication with the solid ability to communicate findings and needs with personnel across all areas and levels within an organization. She has proven success in implementing and managing processes necessary to support informed leadership decision making with timely, accurate and useful reporting, as well as leading teams to push missions forward and executing plans to meet the goals of the organization. Tasha holds an MBA from Keller Graduate school of Management and a BA from John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
