Position Overview
As a (PASRR) Preadmission Screening and Resident Review Clinical Evaluator, you will conduct onsite assessments to facilitate appropriate placement and care for local populations in Columbus, Nebraska. Your role involves providing essential evaluations and recommendations to enhance patient well-being and quality of life. These assessments, primarily conducted in nursing homes or hospital settings, play a crucial role in determining the level and scope of care required for each patient. Your assessments will be instrumental in securing better health outcomes, providing critical support that aligns with the specific needs of each individual.
As a trusted expert, you will have the autonomy to evaluate their care needs and determinations and recommendations for their ongoing level of care, helping to improve patient's well-being and enhance their quality of life. This is a PRN hybrid role that combines working from your home office with traveling to patients within your local areas. Must be open to covering the Columbus area. All required travel expenses, including mileage will be fully reimbursed.

Compensation
The compensation for this role is $35.00 per hour. Based on our compensation program, an applicant’s position placement in the pay range will depend on various considerations, such as years of applicable experience and skill level.
