Brian Wilbon

Brian Wilbon currently serves as the VP of Innovation and Market Research at Acentra Health, a position held since April 2022. Prior to this, Brian held roles at IBM Watson Health and GHHS as Principal Offering Manager from March 2020 to April 2022 and served as Vice President and Director of Health and Human Services Programs at Optum from October 2015 to January 2020. Brian also founded BW Consulting, LLC, where responsibilities included providing management consulting in Budget and Finance, IT Project Management, and Strategic Planning for Health and Human Services organizations from September 2012 to October 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services and Deputy Secretary of Operations at the Maryland Department of Human Resources. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Hampton University.
