Previously, Carla held roles at Salesforce, Dutchie, NTT DATA Services, and other notable companies, managing complex release cycles, leading agile practices, and overseeing large teams of specialists. Educational qualifications include a BA in Sociology from Penn State University and a Technical Diploma in Computer Programming from Computer Learning Centers.
