Keri Mantegna

Keri Mantegna serves as the Senior Vice President of Employee Experience at Acentra Health since April 2023, previously holding the position of Vice President of Employee Experience. Mantegna has extensive experience in organizational effectiveness and culture, highlighted by roles such as Corporate Vice President at Excellus BCBS and Vice President of Human Resources Operations at CNSI. Mantegna has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Professor in Leadership and Organizational Change at Nazareth College. With a background that includes teaching positions in English Language Arts and marketing communications, Mantegna's career has been marked by a strong commitment to employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, alongside significant achievements in strategic organizational change and development. Mantegna holds a Master of Science in Education from St. John Fisher University and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication and Writing from the State University of New York College at Potsdam.
