Marisa Dafauce

Marisa Dafauce has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role as the Global Director of Human Resources at ACERINOX, S.A. Marisa held the position since April 2019. Prior to that, they were the Global HR Director at GRUPO LANTERO from September 2017 to April 2019. Marisa also worked at ArcelorMittal, where they held various HR management positions from 2003 to 2017. This included roles such as HR Manager, Leadership Development & Resourcing Head, and Change Management Manager. Marisa began their career as an HR Consultant at Ajilon in November 2000.

Marisa Dafauce completed their education in a chronological order. Marisa started their education journey by attaining a Bachelor's degree in Law from Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 1994 to 2000. After their undergraduate degree, they pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from Universidad Pontificia Comillas during the period of 2000 to 2001. Later, in 2011, they attended IE Business School to complete an Executive Programme in HR and Labour Law, which lasted for 160 hours. Thus, Marisa Dafauce has a strong educational background in the fields of Law and Human Resources.
