Annelies Baelus

Annelies Baelus has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Annelies started their career as an advocate at the Balie Turnhout in 1993 before moving on to work as a corporate lawyer at Delta Lloyd Bank from 1997 to 1999. Subsequently, they transitioned to the insurance industry, working as an insurance consultant at Van Dessel Verzekeringen from 2001 to 2008. Annelies then joined SD Worx, where they held positions as a trainer-consultant from 2008 to 2011 and as a manager of legal training from 2011 to 2014. In 2015, they joined Acerta as a Business Manager for Opleidingen, Legal & Reward and later became the Director of Acerta Talent Boost Center in January 2021. More recently, they have also taken on the role of a Guest Lecturer in HRM at UCLL Advanced Business Management Banaba since September 2021. Later, in 2003, they attended Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen, where they pursued a degree in Getuigschrift pedagogische bekwaamheid (Certificate of Pedagogical Competence) with a focus on Lerarenopleiding - verschillende niveaus (Teacher Training - different levels). Annelies completed this program in 2005.
