Ben Verlinden

Ben Verlinden has extensive experience in process management, quality assurance, and operational leadership within various organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Back Office & Process Management at Acerta since October 2017, Ben focuses on supporting back-office processes throughout the customer value chain. Prior roles include Team Manager at SD Worx, leading an IT Services Competence Center, and Senior Project Manager, where Ben coordinated the establishment of a Competence Center and implemented service management software. With a strong foundation in systems and process development from earlier positions, including Managing Partner at ACCESS taal & communicatie and lecturer roles, Ben's academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Germanic Languages from KU Leuven and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Networking from Hoger Instituut Kempen.
