Dirk Vanderhoydonck

Dirk Vanderhoydonck has over two decades of experience in HR consultancy and management, currently serving as the Director of Flex Services for Large Enterprises at Acerta since June 2003, where responsibilities include managing outsourcing and on-site support services while leading a motivated management team to develop a sustainable HR consultancy model. Previous roles at Acerta encompass the Director of Flexsourcing, where Dirk coordinated a team to implement flexible HR and payroll sourcing solutions, and Manager of Business Process Outsourcing, focusing on HR outsourcing concepts. Earlier career experience at Colruyt included various roles such as Project Manager and Software Engineer. Dirk holds a Master of Science in Nuclear Solid State Physics from KU Leuven and has completed several management programs at prestigious institutions, including London Business School and Vlerick Business School.
