Frank Palmaerts

Frank Palmaerts has extensive experience in technical and operational roles, currently serving as an I&P medewerker Operations and second line helpdesk at Acerta since September 2014. Prior to this, Frank worked as a Technical Engineer at ESAS for a brief period in early 2014, focusing on maintenance and repairs of Xerox printers. Additionally, Frank dedicated over 15 years to United Telecom as a Technical Engineer from March 1998 to February 2014. Educationally, Frank holds a degree in Systeem Programmeur Analyst with a focus on C# and PHP from Syntra Mechelen (2008-2010), as well as an A2 in Industrial Electricity from VTI Leuven.
