Julie Fobe

Julie Fobe has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Julie is the Chief HR Officer at Acerta since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Senior HR Business Partner at the same company, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as on-boarding, off-boarding, performance management, and talent development within different departments. Julie also supported the leadership team in building a future-proof organization through organizational design, digital workplace, and culture initiatives. Julie previously worked as the Talent Director at Acerta from January 2015 to June 2021. Before joining Acerta, they were a Senior HR Professional at Acerta Consult in 2014. Julie also has experience working at Hudson Highland Group as an (Experienced) Senior Consultant Talent Management and a Consultant Talent Management from 2006 to 2014. Julie started their career as a Consultant at Add Value from 2005 to 2006.

Julie Fobe attended Ghent University from 1998 to 2003, where they studied Bedrijfspsychologie. Julie later attended Vlerick Business School from 2004 to 2005, where they pursued General Management studies.
