Director Corporate & TCS at Acerta

Sonia Lambrechts has had extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Sonia began their career as an administrative assistant at notaris Marc Jansen from September 1993 to October 1998. Sonia then joined Acerta in November 1998 as a Payroll Administrator and RSZ employee until December 2002.

At Acerta, Sonia held several positions over the years. From January 2003 to December 2005, they worked as a Relationship Manager. Sonia then became a Branch Director from January 2006 to December 2010. In January 2011, they transitioned to the role of Relationship Manager for the Social Profit sector, a position they held until December 2012.

Continuing their career progression at Acerta, Sonia became an Operations Manager from January 2012 to May 2016. Following this, they served as a Regional Director for Payroll Services from April 2016 to November 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director Corporate & TCS, starting in November 2020.

Sonia Lambrechts has gained extensive experience and expertise in various aspects of corporate management, payroll services, operations, and client relationship management throughout their career.

Sonia Lambrechts' education history starts with their completion of a Vakopleiding tot organisatiecoach at HRD Academy in 2018. Prior to that, they attended Vlerick Business School, where they obtained a young management degree in 2006. Sonia also holds a Bachelor's degree in Rechtspraktijk from Scola Paramedicorum Antwerpen, where they studied from 1991 to 1993. Before that, they pursued a degree in Rechten as a Kandidaat at Kub Brussel from 1989 to 1990. Sonia'seducation journey began at Ursula Instituut Herk-de-stad, where they completed their humaniora degree in Latin - Modern Languages from 1982 to 1988.
