Thomas Stegen has over a decade of experience in IT support and infrastructure operations. Currently employed at Acerta since April 2015, Thomas focuses on infrastructure and application monitoring, utilizing tools such as OpenNMS, SCOM, Dynatrace, and Kibana. Additionally, Thomas handles 2nd line support for workplace services, which includes user account creation, MS Exchange administration, and support for Avaya IP Telephony and payroll software. Previously, Thomas worked at Cargill from December 2010 to March 2015 as an AV Media Support Analyst and as a support agent, where responsibilities included assisting with managed services transitions and troubleshooting various applications. Earlier experience at El Sombrero BVBA as an assistant manager complements a solid educational background with a degree in Informatics from Groep T - Internationale Hogeschool Leuven (2010-2013).
