Borys Chabursky

Borys Chabursky is the Founder and Chairman of Shift Health, a company that develops solutions to improve human health and wellbeing. Borys has overseen the successful delivery of over 500 life science assignments for more than 300 clients. Additionally, Borys is the President of SHI Ventures, an angel investment company where they have invested in various sectors including life sciences, healthcare, mining, services, entertainment, and hospitality. Borys is also involved in several other companies and organizations, serving as a Director for Acerus Pharma, Purepoint Uranium Group Inc., and Alpha Cancer Technologies Inc., and as an Advisor for Temperance Capital and Minera Alamos Inc. Borys is the Chairman of SHI Capital, an advisory firm that focuses on M&A, divestitures, partnerships, and financing assistance in both life sciences and non-life sciences sectors. Borys is also a Board Member for the Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation. Furthermore, they have served as the Managing Director of the Devonian Health Group Inc. from January 2018 to June 2020.

Borys Chabursky began their education in 1989 at the University of Toronto. Borys studied Toxicology and completed their Bachelor of Science degree in 1993. From 1994 to 1995, they attended Harvard University and pursued Special Studies in Administration and Management, although they did not obtain a specific degree in this field.
