Sharon Reichhardt

Ms. Reichhardt brings 30+ years of industry experience to ACES, much of which was spent in the Quality Control department of EverBank (now TIAA). Her previous experience spans auditing for mortgage originations and servicing, consumer banking and lending, and commercial lending. Ms. Reichhardt is a former ACES administrator and senior report writer, with extensive experience coordinating external regulatory and investor audits, and continuous improvement initiatives. Ms. Reichhardt's hands-on experience with ACES gives her a unique perspective to assist clients with implementation, designing workflows, reporting, and troubleshooting pain points to customize ACES to better meet their needs.
