Karla M. Trigueros

Karla M. Trigueros is an accomplished Administrative and Event Manager currently working at Action for the Climate Emergency and has extensive experience in event management spanning over two decades. As the Founder and Director of Miss El Salvador Massachusetts, Karla oversees a statewide ethnic beauty pageant, managing all logistical aspects. Previous roles include Senior Manager of Events at YouthBuild Global, Director of Event Operations and Vendor & Sponsor Relations for Miss Republica Dominicana USA, and Event Coordinator at Wellesley Information Services, among others. Karla's background also includes expertise in business development, marketing for multicultural markets, and promoting cultural traditions through dance as the Co-Founder and Artistic Director of Danza Folklorica Nahuatl. Karla holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre from Salem State University and furthered education in business management and marketing.
