Jodie Dabelic is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing and business management, currently serving as the Head of Innovation at George Weston Foods since March 2004. In this role, Jodie leads a team of 12 in product development and sustainability initiatives, overseeing a virtual cross-functional “Innovation Hub” for long-term NPD opportunities. Previous positions within George Weston Foods include Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager for Bakery Snacks, responsible for a $200 million portfolio and strategic brand development. Prior to this, Jodie held roles such as National Business Manager for Woolworths and Trade Marketing Manager, and gained valuable experience at Green's General Foods and ACNielsen. Jodie also works one day a week as Country Manager for Acetum Spa in Italy, a company specializing in Balsamic Vinegar. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business in Marketing and Statistics from Western Sydney University.
