Kim Ludwig

Kim Ludwig has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Kim is currently working as the Director of Human Resources & Organizational Effectiveness at ACH Food Companies, Inc. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at CNH Industrial, where they held various roles including Director of Global Talent Development / North America HRBP, Manager of North America Leadership Development, Manager of North America HR Business Partner, and Specialist in Human Resources. Before joining CNH Industrial, Kim worked as a Consulting Associate at Brand Tool Box, Ltd. and as an Executive Team Lead at Target.

Kim Ludwig attended the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse from 2003 to 2007 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. Kim'sfield of study was Marketing and Spanish. In 2005, they also briefly studied Spanish at Universitas Castellae, although they did not receive a degree from this institution.

In terms of additional certifications, Kim obtained a Hogan Assessments Certification from Hogan Assessments in March 2022. In May 2021, they earned a certification in "Results Through Collaboration and Influence" from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management. Furthermore, in February 2015, they became a Certified Facilitator through Miller Heiman Group.
