Jim Plappert

Jim Plappert has over 30 years of experience in the payments industry. Jim has held various executive roles, including President/CEO of PayItToday llc since 2019 and C-Level Advisor at JLP Consulting Group since 2013. Jim also co-founded ACH Payment Solutions Inc in 2002. Jim served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Pipeline Data Inc from 2005 to 2009. Jim was a past President and Member of the Electronic Transactions Association's Board of Directors. Jim has also held senior positions at FAPS, 1st National Processing, NPC Payments, and Financial Alliance. Jim has a strong track record in managing mergers and acquisitions and successfully repositioning companies for growth and eventual sale.

Jim Plappert attended Murray State University from 1978 to 1979, focusing on Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. Jim then transferred to the University of Louisville and earned their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Administration, completing their studies from 1982 to 1987. Prior to their time at the University of Louisville, Jim also briefly attended Murray State University in 1981, although no specific degree is mentioned for that period.
