David Mascle

David Mascle has over 19 years of experience in the technology industry. David began their career in 2001 as a Software Developer at Atos Euronext, where they designed and developed a secured multicast middleware for several stock exchanges. In 2005, they joined AEMS as a Software Developer and was responsible for the development and implementation of the first iteration of UTP, as well as the design and implementation of high-availability systems. In 2008, they were promoted to Head of Access Means and Technical Development at NYSE Euronext, where they managed a development team of 19 engineers and was in charge of a product portfolio for NYSE Euronext European Cash Markets and third party Exchanges. In 2014, they moved to Euronext as Head of IT Innovation and Technical Components, and in 2018 they became CTO at SlimPay. Currently, they are the Chief Technology Officer at Acheel.

David Mascle's education history includes a Postgraduate's degree in Computer Science from Universit\u00e9 de Caen Normandie, obtained in 2001. David also earned a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university in 2000, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science in 1999. Additionally, they obtained an Associate's degree in Mathematics, Physic and Chemistry from Universit\u00e9 de Caen Normandie in 1998.
