Serena Dyce is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in workforce strategy, operations, and service delivery across various organizations. Currently serving as General Manager of Workforce Strategy and Design and General Manager of People Operations at Achieve Australia since January 2020, Serena oversees HR, Safety, and Rostering teams within the disability services sector. Prior to this role, Serena held significant positions at St Vincent de Paul Society NSW, managing HR Operations, Recruitment, and Payroll, and at NetSuite as HR Business Partner for Australia. Serena's career also includes key roles at Autism Spectrum Australia, Genworth Financial, and Unique World, where strategic HR initiatives contributed to organizational growth and development. Serena holds a Bachelor of Psychology with Honours in Organisational Psychology from UNSW.
