Megan Swoboda has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Megan started their career at Circle of Life in 2004 as an Executive Assistant and Project Coordinator. In 2006, they joined The Ruckus Society as an Operations Director and later held the positions of Managing Director and Co-Director. From 2014 to 2018, Megan worked at the Center for Story-based Strategy, where they served as a Development and Communications Consultant, Special Projects Associate, and eventually became the Managing Director. In 2018, they joined The Aliveness Project™ as the Finance and Operations Director. Megan currently holds the position of Director of Finance and Operations at Achieve Twin Cities, a role they have been in since September 2019, and they will be transitioning to the role of Vice President of Finance and Operations in July 2023.
Megan Swoboda attended Linfield University from 2000 to 2004 and obtained a B.A. degree in English, Gender Studies, and Music.

Our vision is that all students have full and equitable access to postsecondary education and career opportunities, resulting in a more just and vibrant community. We direct career and college readiness services in 28 Minneapolis and Saint Paul public high schools, connect students with paid internships through Step Up and Achieve College Internships, host EDTalks and other public education events, and serve as the nonprofit foundation for Minneapolis Public Schools.
