Jennifer Rodger

Jennifer Rodger has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Jennifer is currently the Human Resources Director at McGraw Hill since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Achieve3000 where they held the positions of Director of Human Resources from December 2014 until now, and Human Resources Manager from October 2012 to December 2014. Jennifer also worked as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Novadebt from May 2010 to October 2012, and as a Human Resources Specialist at Cerebral Palsy of North Jersey from December 2007 to February 2010.

Jennifer Rodger completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology at the University of Delaware from 2004 to 2007. Jennifer then pursued a Masters degree in Human Resources Management at Rutgers University from 2007 to 2009.
