Joe Krause, MS, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Joe is currently the Vice President of Customer Engagement at AchieveIt, where they lead two teams responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and value realization. Joe previously held the position of Director of Consulting Services at AchieveIt, where they established and managed the consulting services department, providing strategic support to clients in the healthcare and technology sectors. Joe also served as the Director of Business Development at AchieveIt, leading the sales team focused on account growth and channel partner programs. Prior to joining AchieveIt, they served as the Head of Marketing and Co-founder, where they worked closely with clients to implement a cloud-based plan execution software solution and managed a team responsible for enterprise sales. Before joining AchieveIt, Joe gained valuable experience at Merck as a Global Project Manager and Executive Representative. Joe also worked as a Research Associate at The Stevenson Group. Joe holds both an MS and an MBA degree.
