Caron Drop NCC, LPC has over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Currently serving as the Director of Family Based Mental Health at Achievement Center, overseeing therapy teams delivering eco-systemic structurally family therapy to families in crisis. Previous roles include Clinical Supervisor and Therapist in the same setting, as well as providing support to special needs students in a school setting and working as a Mental Health Tech at a residential treatment facility. Education includes a Master of Arts in Counseling from PennWest Edinboro and a BS in Anthropology from Mercyhurst College.
