Kate K.

Kate K. serves as the Vice President of Human Resources and Physician Services at HealthPartners, a role held since January 2022, where responsibilities include leading the Park Nicollet human resources function and aligning people processes with HR strategic objectives. Kate K. has been with Park Nicollet Health Services since January 2011, initially as Vice President of Human Resources and previously as Human Resources Director and Human Resources Business Partner. Prior experience includes several positions at Thomson Reuters, starting as a Human Resources Manager and advancing to Senior Human Resources Generalist, as well as roles at Thomson Prometric, Experior Assessments Llc, and Patterson Dental Company. Kate K. holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Communications from Luther College and participated in a study abroad program at The University of Queensland.
