Michael McClave

Michael McClave, CPA, currently serves as Controller at Achievement Centers for Children since October 2022. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Sr Development Resource Analyst for Institutional Relations and Development at University Hospitals from August 2016 to September 2022. Michael also contributed to First Tee of Cleveland from 2014 to 2016 on the Ambassadors Committee, and worked as Accounting Manager at WJW-TV in early 2015, where responsibilities included managing company costs and reconciling invoices. Earlier experience includes serving as Client Accountant at IMG from July 2006 to December 2014, focusing on financial management for athletes and corporate clients, as well as an internship with the Cleveland Browns from 2004 to 2007. Michael holds two Master’s Degrees—one in Sports Administration and another in Business Administration and Management—from Bowling Green State University, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the same institution.
