Roy Schindele

Roy Schindele has extensive experience in the hospitality and brand management industries. Roy is the President of RDS Hospitality & Brand Advisors, where they focus on helping businesses in the hospitality and retail sectors increase their revenue through digital marketing and cutting-edge strategies. Roy also serves as the Practice Leader - Hospitality at AchieveNEXT, where they help businesses in the hospitality sector build lasting business relationships and increase sales. In addition, they are the Executive Director of Distinguished Golf Destinations, where they assist in evaluating nominated golf resorts for a prestigious industry recognition. Roy previously held the position of Executive Director of Sales & Marketing at Mission Inn Resort & Club, where they led a successful rebranding effort and generated record-breaking sales leads. Roy also worked as the Marketing Director for Mission Inn Real Estate, where they revitalized the company's online presence. Roy's earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Sales & Marketing for Arnold Palmer's Bay Hill Club & Lodge and Latrobe CC, and as a Sales Consultant/Manager for The Grosvenor hotel on Disney property. Roy also founded and led IFC - International Florida Connections, a dynamic organization that provided exceptional services in the tourism and travel industry.

Roy Schindele's education history includes attending Marymount Manhattan College, where they studied Business Administration and Management. Roy also attended the University of Connecticut School of Business, focusing on Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Roy Schindele has obtained several certifications, including becoming a CCSP - Certified Cvent Supplier Professional from Cvent in April 2018. Roy also holds a certification as a FIFA Authorized World Cup Tour Operator, which they obtained from FIFA - Fédération Internationale de Football Association in January 1994. Additionally, Roy Schindele is an Ordained Minister, having received their certification from the Universal Life Church in April 2018. Roy is also a US Licensed Soccer Coach, acquiring their license from FIFA in August 2000.
