 Achievers is looking to hire a Data Analyst to join the team dedicated to supporting growth and developing/maintaining a strong analytics reporting structure. In this role, you will develop architectures and analyze data, turning insights into solutions to support business goals. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop robust and accurate foundation for digital analytics tracking
  • Synthesize insights from quantitative and qualitative data; leverage contextual feedback to inform the product strategy and feature prioritization
  • Identify the root of collaborators’ data analytics needs and partner to establish informative measures and actionable insights
  • Gather and analyze behavioral data to support the digital ecosystem and tools
  • Develop dashboards and reports to provide a clear view of product performance and health based on web analytics and user feedback
  • Identify requirements and implement Google Analytics data capture for website capabilities and mobile apps
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze data from Google Analytics; proactively identify and diagnose any anomalies or inconsistencies and present recommendations to improve or resolve
  • Connect quantitative data with qualitative employee data to derive and communicate insights
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop retention strategies based on insights. Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction, loyalty, and lifetime value through proactive communication and personalized experiences.
  • Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, web, email), using data analysis. Identify opportunities for optimization and implement data-driven adjustments to maximize campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Manage the analytics product portfolio, including polls, surveys, A|B testing, etc.
  • Collaboratively develop A|B testing plan and implement A|B tests

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in data science or marketing/business
  • 3+ years Analytics experience
  • Experience with website analytics platforms, particularly GA4 and Salesforce
  • Strong knowledge of website analytics tag implementation, particularly Google Tag Manager
  • Strong knowledge of Excel and large datasets
  • Experience with data visualization platforms: Domo, Looker Studio (Data Studio), MCI (Datorama) a plus
  • Strong communication skills to translate data to non-analytical audiences
  • Ability to communicate as easily with Strategists, UX, Creatives, and Web Developers
  • Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously with tight deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and deadlines
  • Analytics (regression analysis, predictive modeling, forecasting, MMM optimization) a plus
  • Proficient with SQL as a main query language and distributed database systems
  • Wrangling, cleansing and automating disparate data sources to power analytical outputs.
