We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Employee Experience and Development Manager. In this role, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape and execute our engagement and learning strategy, driving positive change and fostering a culture of continuous development and growth. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement an integrated employee engagement and learning strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify key drivers of engagement and development and develop initiatives to address areas of opportunity.
  • Coordinate employee feedback mechanisms, including surveys, focus groups, and feedback channels.
  • Analyze survey results and feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in both engagement and learning opportunities.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and rewards programs to celebrate achievements and contributions.
  • Integrate recognition and rewards into learning initiatives to reinforce a culture of appreciation and motivation.
  • Contributing to the product and business aspect of what we deliver as an employee experience platform, through the work that we do as an ES team.
  • Design and deliver learning and development programs that align with organizational goals and address employee skill gaps and career development needs.
  • Utilize various learning modalities, including instructor-led training, e-learning, workshops, and coaching, to accommodate diverse learning styles and preferences.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of engagement and learning initiatives. Regularly monitor and evaluate the impact of programs and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of engagement and learning initiatives with other HR and business priorities.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on progress, solicit feedback, and share best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. A Master's degree may be preferred or beneficial.
  • Proven experience in employee engagement, talent management, or organizational development roles, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Experience planning and executing employee events, programs, and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive work culture and enhancing employee satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with employee engagement surveys, feedback mechanisms, and data analysis to drive improvements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with employees, stakeholders, and ERG members.
  • Excellent project management abilities to plan, coordinate, and execute employee development programs and events.
  • Analytical skills to assess employee engagement metrics, identify trends, and develop strategies for improvement.
  • Leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate teams, foster collaboration, and drive positive change within the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) software for data management and reporting purposes.
  • Understanding of best practices in employee engagement, talent development, and organizational culture.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Awareness of industry trends and emerging technologies in employee engagement and development.
  • Preferred, but not required: Professional certifications such as CHRL (Certified Human Resource Leader - Certified Professional) or PHR (Professional in Human Resources) can demonstrate expertise in the field.
  • Additional certifications in coaching, change management, or leadership development may also be advantageous.
  • Passion for employee engagement and development, with a genuine interest in creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to navigate complex organizational dynamics and address diverse employee needs.
  • Integrity, empathy, and diplomacy in handling sensitive employee matters and building trust across the organization.
