Overview: Are you a dynamic and creative leader with a passion for driving sales success? Achievers is looking for a Regional Vice President, National Sales to lead and inspire a team of talented Account Executives. If you're ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role, read on to discover how you can make a difference with us. The Regional Vice President (RVP), National Sales, under the general supervision of the VP, Sales, Americas, will manage a team of seasoned Account Executives that cover National segment (>3,000 employees) to acquire new clients across all targeted industries. The RVP will work with each of their Account Executives to develop the appropriate portfolio and account strategies to support their annual contracted targets. The right candidate will be a dynamic sales leader with a background in Enterprise Software (SaaS). Experience selling Human Capital Management or Employee Engagement platforms is a bonus.

What will you do: -   As a Regional VP of Sales, you will:   

  • Provide dynamic and creative leadership to a team of up to 6 Account Executives 
  • Skillfully manage a complex sales environment utilizing excellent negotiation, relationship and presentation skills 
  • Manage the pipeline and forecast contracted bookings through strong administration skills including utilizing Saleforce.com to report on activity to drive consistent revenues and attain assigned targets 
  • Hire, coach and develop Account Executives taking an Account Based Acquisition (“ABA”) approach in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales Development and Revenue Operations 
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Operations and Product teams to deliver mutually beneficial solutions to C-level executives    What are we looking for:  
  • Experience working for SaaS companies that serve Fortune 1000 companies 
  • Minimum of 3 years of management experience 
  • Proven and documented track record of sales success (top quartile performer) 
  • Experience selling into new markets, with new innovative solutions 
  • Experience in solution selling to HR, operations, procurement, and C-level executives 
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com or managing through a CRM system 
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of time 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills 
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree
