Abby Judges has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Farming Mentor at Open Sky Co-op in 2017. Abby then worked as a Cashier at Groupe Jean Coutu before moving on to a position as a Landscape Gardener at La Gardens. In 2019, Abby had an internship at ABC Life Literacy Canada.

In 2018, they began working at Mount Allison University, first as a Student Success Teaching Assistant where they developed and implemented a curriculum that improved students' average GPA. Abby also worked as an Event Services Coordinator at the university, leading and organizing various on-campus events and focusing on enhancing safety and the overall student experience.

Abby then transitioned to a Business Development Coordinator role at Giorgio Mammoliti, where they played a key part in delivering campaign promises and increasing volunteer registration through cold calling efforts. Abby also coordinated volunteer activities and led the production of engaging Facebook Live Events.

In 2021, Abby became a Product Specialist at in-lite Outdoor Lighting, building strong relationships with customers in Canada and the US through online platforms. Currently, they are employed as a Customer Support Specialist at Achievers, starting in 2022.

Abby Judges attended Mount Allison University from 2014 to 2020, where they pursued a degree in Geography with a field of study in Geography and Environment. In September 2018, they obtained a certification in Smart Serve from Smart Serve Ontario. In May 2017, Abby obtained a certification in Mental Health First Aid from Mental Health First Aid Canada (MHFA). Additionally, Abby obtained a First Aid certification from Mount Allison University in September 2018.
