Kathleen Lank has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. Kathleen started their career as an English Language Teacher at Daeil Foreign Language High School from 2009 to 2012. After that, they worked as a Project Officer at Low Energy Supplies and Services, where they provided support services for an energy efficiency company specializing in carbon credits.

In 2014, they joined DDI | Development Dimensions International and held multiple roles. As a Project Associate, they managed the DDI Melbourne office and coordinated training materials. Kathleen then became a Training Facilitator, leading sessions on various leadership development courses. Kathleen also served as an Account Manager, nurturing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction, and later as a Project Manager/Associate Consultant, consulting with clients to address leadership development challenges.

From 2016 to 2020, Kathleen worked at Porter Airlines Inc. as a Project Manager. Kathleen led cross-functional teams, consulted on business needs, created project plans, and oversaw the implementation of various projects, including construction, IT, and business initiatives.

Currently, Kathleen is a Customer Success Manager at Achievers. Kathleen previously held the position of Customer Success Manager before being promoted to Customer Success Manager II.

Kathleen Lank received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Development Economics and International Development from McGill University from 2005 to 2009. Additionally, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Geography & Cultural Studies at the University of Glasgow from 2007 to 2008. Prior to their university education, Kathleen completed their high school education at St. Clement's School from 2003 to 2009, earning their High School/Secondary diplomas and certificates. Kathleen also obtained various certifications including SPIN 2.0 Sales Training from Huthwaite International in November 2015, Hogan Assessment Systems (HPI, HDS, MVPI) from Hogan Assessment Systems in September 2015, DDI Targeted Selection Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International in July 2014, and DDI Interaction Management Facilitator from DDI | Development Dimensions International in June 2014.
