Luan Ramos

Luan Ramos has extensive work experience in the software development field. Starting in 2012 at INNOVIX, they worked as a Software Developer, focusing on the development and maintenance of an access control system. Luan utilized technologies such as .NET, Bootstrap, jQuery, SQL Server, WCF, SignalR, and VMS Milestone.

In 2014, Luan joined UNESCO as an IT Developer, collaborating with a software architect on projects using the .NET Stack and Angular. Luan then transitioned to Stefanini, where they worked as a .NET Developer for the largest Brazilian insurance company. Luan was part of a scrum team, assisting colleagues and creating technical software specifications.

Continuing their career, Luan worked as a Software Developer at Loop - Engenharia de Computação and later as a Tech Lead/Senior .NET Developer at Stefanini. In both roles, they gained valuable experience in software development and team leadership.

In 2017, Luan became a Senior Software Engineer at Instituto de Pesquisas Eldorado before moving on to The Pixel Shop in 2018 as a Web Developer. At The Pixel Shop, they focused on customizing Kentico Content Management Systems and integrating different Single Sign-on systems using SAML. Luan also designed and developed proof of concepts with SAML and integration with Azure AD.

In 2019, Luan started working at Guestlogix as a Software Developer, specializing in the development and maintenance of a scalable API platform. Luan integrated Chatbot using lambda functions, Hashicorp Vault for secret management, and coveralls for test coverage.

Currently, Luan works at Achievers as a Senior Software Engineer. Luan is responsible for developing microservices in Python to replace the monolithic platform. Their work includes executing performance tests for scalable microservices with failover on different regions and monitoring microservices events to ensure compliance with SLAs.

Luan Ramos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Universidade de Brasília between 2006 and 2011. In 2017, Luan completed a Nanodegree program in Front-End Web Development from Udacity. In 2018, Luan completed another Nanodegree program in Machine Learning Engineering, also from Udacity. The following year, in 2019, Luan completed a Nanodegree program in React, again from Udacity. In 2020, Luan completed a Nanodegree program in Cloud Development from Udacity. Additionally, Luan has obtained several certifications, including MCSD: App Builder from Microsoft in June 2018, MCSA: Web Applications from Microsoft in September 2016, Developing ASP.NET MVC Web Applications from Microsoft in July 2016, MS: Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 Specialist from Microsoft in November 2014, Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 from Microsoft in February 2014, Microsoft Certified Professional from Microsoft in December 2013, and Milestone Advance Certification from Milestone Systems in September 2012.
