Satish Karkera

Satish Karkera began their work experience in 2006 at Firstsource, where they held the position of WFM. In this role, they managed daily reports and real-time analysis for various programs and worked closely with clients to meet service goals. Satish also oversaw all real-time and intra-day activities.
