Lynette James has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Lynette is currently working at Achilles Therapeutics plc as the VP of Patient Supply Operations. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Patient Supply Chain Operations at the same company. Lynette has also worked at Gilead Sciences, where they held various roles such as Associate Director Clinical Operations, Clinical Program Manager, Senior Clinical Trial Manager, Clinical Trial Manager, and Principal CRA. Lynette has also worked at Ipsen as Lead CRA, Quintiles as a CRA, PAREXEL as a Clinical Trial Assistant, Surrey Sleep Research Centre as a Clinical Research Officer, Sleep Health, Boston as a Research Assistant, and Division of Sleep Medicine, Harvard Medical School as a Research Assistant.

Lynette James earned a PhD in Sleep Medicine from the University of Surrey, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc in Medical Biochemistry from the same university, completing their undergraduate studies from 2000 to 2004.
