Mi Duong

Mi Duong currently serves as Legal Counsel at Achmea Investment Management since April 2015, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Advocaat/Associate at Linklaters from February 2011 to March 2015, where responsibilities included Banking & Capital Markets and Litigation & Arbitration. Prior intern experiences include Banking & Finance at NautaDutilh, an English teaching position at the Municipality Aix-en-Provence, and an internship in the Civil Law Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Mi Duong began as a Legal Advisor at ABN AMRO, focusing on Complaint Management from February 2008 to September 2009. Educational qualifications include an LL.M. in International Business Law (Cum Laude) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, participation in exchange programs at Aix-Marseille University and the National University of Singapore, and an LL.B. in Dutch Law from Erasmus University Rotterdam, complemented by professional training at Law Firm School and the Grotius specialisatieopleiding Effectenrecht.
